REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions and the exhibition, all meeting materials, single occupancy student accommodation at Queens’ College Cambridge including breakfast for 3 nights, lunch, dinner and refreshments on each day of the meeting, tickets to all social events and VAT.

Accompanying Person
£195.00 to include refreshments during each tea/coffee break, lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, dinner on Wednesday (including Welcome Reception) Thursday and Friday (Symposium Gala Dinner) and a ticket to the musical recital on Thursday. Fee does not include accommodation or access to scientific sessions.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

• Payment must be made in British Pounds (GB £ sterling)

• Cheques should be made payable to ‘ISP 2008’

• Credit card payments can be made (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or debit card (Maestro or Visa Delta)

• Credit/debit card payments are subject to an additional charge of 2.95% (for hard copy Registration Forms the charge does not apply to debit card payments)
